In order to facilitate the process of obtaining your HST rebateable loan, you will be required to provide some specific documentation. Below is a list of the documents that you need to collect before the application process can begin.

• Full Agreement of Purchase and Sale with all schedules and amendments.
• Statement of Adjustments from your Lawyer.
• A one year lease agreement fully completed and signed by all parties.
• 2 pieces of picture identification for all claimants.*
